Broadstone have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Technician to join the team in Sheffield.

IT Service Desk Technician - The Role:

Due to our continued expansion, we are currently recruiting an IT Service Desk Technician. We are looking for a technology enthusiast to help provide first class I&T support to our employees in Sheffield and across the wider Broadstone organisation. Please note, this role will require you to be onsite 5 days a week at one of our offices. There may be times when you will be required to complete some physical work, including lifting and carrying to complete your role.

IT Service Desk Technician – Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring your own call queue and escalation to 2nd line

- Responsible for IT support of onsite staff in our Sheffield office

- Onsite installation, upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of IT equipment

- Administration and security of infrastructure equipment

IT Service Desk Technician – You:

- 1+ years’ experience within a similar role, with knowledge of working on a service desk platform

- Basic knowledge and experience of supporting and administering IT equipment

- An appetite to learn and take on additional responsibilities

- A willingness to travel to offices within England and Scotland depending on business needs
